Are you shopping for a large spraying drone? Well you’ve found our best seller – The M6A PRO Spraying Drone (formerly known as the AG-V6A+)! This large capacity sprayer drone is the perfect balance between flight time and spray capacity. The M6A Pro is easy to fly, super portable and highly productive! 

Speaking of highly productive, you’ll be amazed at how much area you can spray with this drone! There are three important parts that you should consider when buying a large spraying drone:

  1. Flight Time: easily said, the longer the drone can fly, the more you ground you can spray! This drone flies for up to 20 minutes! Although that might not seem like a long time, it is one of the longest flight times for any spraying drone on the market! 
  2. Spray tank capacity: battery technology isn’t capable of handling hundreds of gallons (yet), so we find the perfect balance between productivity and ease of use. With just under 4 gallons (15L), spraying drones are an ideal match for replacing backpack sprayers, spot-spraying and those hard-to-reach areas; think of any Low Volume or Ultra Low Volume (ULV) label. 
  3. Spray Swath: thanks to the size of this aircraft, we’ve achieved a large swath of (30-35 ft / 9.1-10.6m)! That means for every 30-35 foot of field, the aircraft makes just one pass!  

Putting all of that together, how much can you spray with this drone?

28-40 acres per hour!!! (11 – 16 hectares / hour) Wow!

Of course, the application rate is an important factor on how fast you can fly, but the calculation above includes a ULV label and includes the time to land and refill the tank and swap batteries.

What makes drone spraying so effective?

It’s actually quite simple – the downward thrust of the propellers forces the chemical into the crop (or other surface/area to be sprayed) with impressive accuracy and minimal drift. How about the nozzles? They’re off the shelf- so you can choose larger droplet sizes, air induction or whatever your label requires. We have several in stock as well!

How about flying them? Well we know that the best spraying drone needs to be effortless to fly and maintain, so we designed our drones to be easy to fly, super capable and with minimal to no maintenance. The M6A Pro large spraying drone features a full GPS enabled autopilot. The included software allows you to map your fields on Google Maps (or others). You can input obstacles or boundaries and the software will create your spraying plan automatically! The included terrain sensor automatically adjusts for hills making flying this drone very easy. How about the spray function? Also easy! It is fully automated! The autopilot automatically turns on and off the sprayer based on the flight plan. When the tank is empty, the sprayer drone automatically returns home and lands. You can then flip a few switches and it picks up where it left off, all by itself!
