    Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

    Payments- All payment transactions are in USD unless otherwise specified
    Products – Cancellation and refunds-  Once the order has been placed with the manufacture/supplier all sales are final and no refunds shall be given.
    Training – Cancellation Policy: 10% up to 31 days prior to training – 50% 30 days prior to training. No Refund 29 days or less prior to training.

    The user understands and agrees that from time to time, the manufactures make improvements and changes to their product and ship us the newest version and HSE has no control over and is not responsible for any upgrades, changes and/or modifications made by the manufacturers that does not appear on our website or marketing material. Any disputes arising out of said changes shall be between the customer and the manufacturer and HSE shall be held harmless.
